# Takedowns

**Version française : [Retraits](/docs/legal/fr/retraits).**

Last updated **October 20, 2026**.

## Report it

Email **support@pricediscussion.com** with "Takedown" in the subject, and include:

1. **Who you are** and how to reach you.
2. **What's yours**: the original work, and a link or proof that it's yours (or that you act for its owner).
3. **Where it is on PD**: the link to the Project, Output, profile or name.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't allowed, and that what you've sent is accurate.

The same address takes reports of impersonation, hateful names or work, and anything else that breaks the
[Terms of Use](/docs/legal/terms).

## What PD does

- PD reviews every report and answers. Clear cases are acted on quickly.
- PD tells the artist or account and lets them answer, unless the case is obvious or urgent.
- PD can **hide** a Project, Output, profile or name across PD, take back an @name, and **remove an artist's
whitelist**. Repeat infringers lose it for good.
- PD tells the reporter what it did.

## What PD can't do

What's on Ethereum is permanent. **PD can't delete a contract, burn a token or take it from a wallet**, and no one else
can either. Hiding something in PD stops PD from showing it; other sites that read the chain decide for themselves.

## Disagree with a takedown

Reply to PD's message with why the work is yours to publish, and PD will look again.
