# The App — Lists ≡

**Starred** is the flat pile — you liked it, you starred it, you can find it again. **Lists** are what you do once that pile gets big enough to need shape.

A List is a **named slice of your Starred**. The same thing can sit in as many Lists as you like, and putting something in a List never stars or unstars anything — the pile underneath is untouched. Delete a List and only the grouping goes; every Output stays exactly where it was.

They are **private**. That is precisely why you get to name them: nobody else ever reads the name, so it can be as useful, or as rude, as you need. (This is what separates a List from an **Album**, which is numbered by position and never named, because Albums are seen.)

**≡** is the Lists mark across PD.

**How:** On your own profile's Starred or History view, tap ADD TO LIST on any row to file it; tap the LISTS pill in the sort row to read your Lists back. It's the same door either way in.

- **①︎ The name + ✎** — the pencil renames in place; the name is yours alone (Lists are private).
- **②︎ The count** — how many things it holds, of any type.
- **③︎ ✓ owned** — how many of its artworks you already own.
- **④︎ ◊ worth** — tap to cycle SECONDARY (asking now) → PRIMARY (minted for) → OFF (rarity instead); every List moves at once.
- **⑤︎ ✕** — deletes the grouping only; every Output stays starred.

## A List holds anything you've starred

Not just artwork. A List can mix **Outputs, Projects, Traits, Artists, Collectors, Soundtracks and Transactions** in one place — because the thing you're tracking is rarely one type. A run at a project is the project, three of its traits, the artist, and the six Outputs you're actually watching. That's one List.

## Getting things in

### From All Starred

**All Starred is the list-building view.** While the surface is showing everything, every row carries the same **ADD TO LIST** button, whatever its type.

The moment you filter to a single kind, each row gets its own button back:

| Filtered to | The row's button |
|---|---|
| Outputs | ✛ Wishlist |
| Soundtracks | ▶ Play |
| Traits | ✶ Trait Offer |
| Projects | ✶ Project Offer |
| Artists · Collectors | ⚯ Follow |

So All Starred is where you file, and a filter is where you act.

### From History

**History has no filter to fall back to**, so its rows keep **ADD TO LIST** all the time — same button, same sheet, works exactly like it does on All Starred.

### A whole selection at once

Turn on **multi-select** ❐, tick what you want, and hit **Add to List** in the bar at the bottom. The same sheet opens with the entire selection — filing twenty Outputs is one trip, not twenty. Works from Starred or History.

### The sheet

ADD TO LIST opens a small bottom sheet with, in order:

1. **✛ Wishlist** — the top option whenever it applies, so your "want to buy" pile is never more than one tap away and Lists never push it down the page. Only an artwork can be wishlisted, so it stands down for the other kinds.
2. **Your Lists**, each showing a tick if this is already in it, and how many things it holds.
3. **New List** — name it and the thing goes in with it, in one go. Names run up to 32 characters.

The × or the backdrop closes it without adding anything.

## Reading them back

**LISTS** closes the sort row on Starred *and* History alike, after ◷ Recent and AZ — History carries the same three-button row now, not just the clock. It's your own shelf, so it only appears on your own profile, and it starts closed.

It behaves like the sorts beside it:

- Tap it to **open** your Lists.
- Tap it **again** to reorder them A→Z / Z→A — the arrow shows which way the names run.
- Tap **any other sort** in the row to leave; you land back on your Starred rows under that sort.

Inside, your Lists run **alphabetically** and each one starts **collapsed**, so you scan names first and open the one you want. Empty Lists still show their header — a List you made and haven't filled is information, and it's the only place you can see it exists.

## What a header tells you

Beside each List's name:

- **The count** — how many things are in it.
- **✓ 3/8** — how many of its artworks you already own. Only artworks can be owned, so a List of projects and people simply doesn't show it.
- **◊ 2.41** — what the List is worth in ETH, and the panel's money control. Tap it to cycle:
 - **SECONDARY** — what the listed Outputs are asking right now. Read this as *what finishing this List would cost today*.
 - **PRIMARY** — what those Outputs minted for.
 - **OFF** — no numbers at all. Every row goes back to showing its ❖ rarity instead.

The ◊ itself stays put in all three modes, so the way back to the prices is always one tap on the same spot. Tapping it moves **every header and every row at once** — two Lists can never disagree about which money they're showing — a toast names the new mode, and PD remembers it next time, exactly like the Portfolio's $ button.

The total counts **artworks only** — a trait or an artist has no single price, and summing them would be a lie.

## The rows inside

Deliberately short: the art (or the same tile and glyph the thing wears in Starred), what it is, and the facts worth that space. On an artwork that's **the artist's @name**, then one number, and the header's ◊ control decides which: its **asking price** on SECONDARY, what it **minted for** on PRIMARY, or its **❖ PD Rarity** when money is OFF. An Output with no number to show — an unlisted one, one that cost nothing to mint — falls back to its rarity rather than going blank.

The @name takes the room first; on the narrowest phones the rarity is what steps aside for it, while a real price holds its place at every width.

Tapping a row goes exactly where its Starred row goes: an artwork opens, a project opens its page, a person opens their profile.

The ✕ on a row drops it from that List. The Output stays starred.

### Long-press to focus

**Hold a List's name** and it takes the panel to itself, read at full size — bigger art, the artist line, nothing else competing for the screen. **Hold that same name again** to let it go. The way out is always under the thumb that opened it. A focused List wears a dotted ring.

### Drag to reorder — behind the pencil

Reordering lives in **edit mode**: tap the **✎** on a List's header and every row grows a **⠿ grip**, which is how you know they move. **Hold a row and drag it** onto another to place it there. Your order is the order you'll read next time — Lists keep what you set, they don't re-sort themselves behind your back.

Leave edit mode and the grips vanish and the rows stop moving, so ordinary browsing can never nudge your order by accident.

A short swipe still scrolls the panel normally; the drag only takes over once the hold engages, so you can never lose a scroll to a stray reorder.

## Renaming and deleting

The **✎ pencil** on a List's header renames it in place. Enter or tapping away saves, Escape backs out, and a List can't be saved without a name.

The **✕** deletes it, and asks first. Deleting removes **only the grouping** — every Output in it stays exactly where it was in your Starred. A List is a view of your collection, never the thing holding it.

## Privacy and portability

Lists are private, like Starred. Nobody sees your names, your groupings, or your totals.

They ride your account, so they follow you across devices exactly like your stars do — the same List is there on your phone and your desktop, in the same order you left it.
