The App — Discovery
Discovery on PD is built around one conviction: the market's activity, read well, is the best curator there is — PD itself deliberately isn't one (filtered, not curated). The surfaces below all turn live platform activity into ways of finding work.
- ①︎ The name — the compass: long-press for Cartography ◫, triple-tap for The Rewind ◄.
- ②︎ The stats row — tap the ⬚ n PRO figure and Projects Pro opens.
- ③︎ The sort row — the ☻ pill is the social door: tap for your graph's activity feed, long-press for the NEW USERS signup feed.
- ④︎ Now Minting — the carousel of open Projects with live supply.
- ⑤︎ The feed — mints, sales, and Project milestones as they happen.
The home page
The platform's front door, wearing the daily Mood Ring color:
- Now Minting — the carousel of Projects currently open, with live supply.
- The news carousel — what the platform wants you to see today.
- The activity feed — mints, sales, and Project milestones as they happen: a Project graduating into Now Minting (⟢⟢), a First Blood (†), a Century Club (Ⅽ), an Ascension (▲) at sell-out. The feed is where the platform celebrates in public.
- Ownership marks — the grid quietly checks (✓) what you already own as you browse.
- The name itself — "Price Discussion" is the platform's compass: long-press it to open Cartography ◫, triple-tap it to enter The Rewind ◄.
- The Dispatch pill — the news rail leads with the ❡ pointer to the morning paper.
- The STICKERS button (⊞) — the action row's door to the Sticker Exchange: store, marketplace, and binder in one slide-up sheet.
Projects Pro ⬚
How: Tap the ⬚ n PRO figure in the home stats row.
The home page's project count is a door: tap the ⬚ n PRO figure in the stats row and the whole catalog opens as an instrument, not a list — the same one the Friend Inspector points at your circle, pointed at the work instead.
- Tabs — ALL · HELD (you own an Output) · STARRED · MINTING, each carrying its live count.
- Sort — A–Z · NEWEST · SIZE · MINTED.
- Lenses — LEDGER (the plain read), MINE (your position in each Project), PULSE (the Project's last move and how long ago). A lens annotates and re-orders; it never hides a Project from you.
- The dossier — tap any row and it unfolds: mint progress, outputs, price, upload day, and the ⟁ cartel read of how many of your mutuals hold it.
- PROJECTS PRO+ — the expanded view adds a preview strip: ROSTER (every Project as its sprite, the ones you hold ringed) and 30 DAYS (what moved, by day). Hold either chip to pin it first in the sequence — the pinned one picks up a small ⟟ mark; hold it again to unpin. Hidden shortcut, no on-screen prompt.
Global search
How: Tap the search field in the navbar.
One field in the navbar, the whole platform behind it: Projects, Outputs, artists, collectors, @names. Search is the fastest path anywhere.
Search’s special first row launches Composer ⊚ — when the question is bigger than a name, compose it from rules and watch the catalog answer live.
Artist surfaces
The artists view lists the whitelisted roster; each artist's page carries their released Projects and their identity (✺). Following an artist routes their releases and milestones into your Pings.
PriceRank ❂
How: Tap the PriceRank medallion in your PriceSprite card to open the Top 100.
The standing system, as a surface: the platform-wide ranking fed by achievements and activity, with network filters for slicing the leaderboard to the people you care about. Tap the PriceRank medallion in your PriceSprite card and the Top 100 leaderboard opens — the platform's collectors ranked by PriceScore, medals on the podium, your own row highlighted so you always know where you stand. Leaderboards elsewhere in the app (including sillier ones) share its machinery — up to and including Lane Runner, the platform's hidden arcade cabinet, which keeps its own board. (Typing its name into Global Search is one way in.)
PriceStream ⇈
How: Single-tap the "Price Discussion" name on the home page (the third gesture alongside long-press for Cartography ◫ and triple-tap for The Rewind ◄).
A full-screen vertical feed, one Output per swipe — the catalog coming to you instead of the other way round. It never runs out, you can star, zoom, share and cart straight from the card, and closing it offers you what you saved.
PriceStream has its own page ⇈ — the feed, the gestures, the loupe, the share link, and what the wildcard pill does.
The Calendar ▦
Time as a discovery surface — what minted when, what's minting now, what's marked ahead. Doubles as a collector tool.
