To-Dos & Workflows ❍☇
Most task lists forget about you the moment you close them. PD's don't. A to-do here can carry a price, and a price is something the platform can watch — so the list stops being a list of things you have to remember and becomes a set of instructions the platform holds on your behalf.
❍ is the To-Dos mark. ☇ is Workflows.
Both live in the connect menu, in the To-Dos panel: the + opens the composer, the ☇ beside it opens Workflows.
How: Open the connect menu's To-Dos panel — + composes a to-do, ☇ opens Workflows.
To-Dos ❍
Write it the way you'd say it
The composer parses plain language. Type "buy prisms 22 under .4 fri" and it fills the verb, the Output, the ETH target and the due date for you. Nothing has to be filled in by hand unless you want to correct it.
Each item wears its details as chips underneath the line: due date · ◊ ETH target · priority · ↻ recurrence · #labels. Tap a #label to narrow the list to just that thread of work.
Make one from an Output
Every Output carries a Make To-Do action in its action row, on the artwork modal and on the Output's own page. It writes a BUY to-do already pointed at that exact Output — no typing, no ambiguity about which one you meant.
The Command Stone can etch one too. Whichever way it's written, it's the same to-do — one store behind every surface, so it shows up in the panel, on the Calendar, and in the war chest immediately.
The war chest
Every open to-do carrying an ETH target adds to a running total: what you have earmarked, across everything you're chasing. It's the number that tells you whether the plan is a plan or a wish.
The Sentinel — it watches when you don't
This is the part that matters. A BUY to-do with a ◊ ETH target is checked server-side, every minute, against live listings.
The moment the Output is listed at or under your number, you get a real Ping and a lock-screen push — app open or closed. In the panel, the row flips to READY and floats to the top of the list.
Each target fires once. Change the number and it re-arms.
Recurring and finished work
Set a ↻ recurrence and completing an item advances it to its next occurrence instead of ending it. Completed to-dos flip ❍ → ✓, strike through, and sink to the bottom — they're never silently deleted, so the record of what you did stays readable.
Workflows ☇
A Workflow is a to-do that writes itself when something happens. You never type one — you build it: pick a trigger, pick what it should do, then ARM it.
The two triggers
NEXT UPLOAD — when @artist uploads. Arm it on an artist you follow and the next thing they publish fires the workflow: it can queue the mint quantity you set, write the to-do, and notify you. For a drop you can't be awake for, this is the whole point.
PRICE HIT — when this Output is listed at or under ◊x. The Sentinel takes this one over and runs it on the same minute-by-minute server check the priced to-dos use, with the same real Ping and push at the other end.
Armed, then fired
Armed workflows are listed in the sheet as plain sentences — "WHEN @artist UPLOADS → MINT ×2 + TO-DO + NOTIFY" — so what you've set running is always readable at a glance.
They are one-shot: a fired workflow stays in the list wearing FIRED, as a record of what happened, and you can arm it again whenever you like. Nothing keeps running behind your back, and nothing fires twice.
Private, and yours
To-Dos and Workflows are private. Nobody sees your list, your targets, your labels, or what you have armed. They follow your account across devices, so the list you wrote on your phone is the list on your desktop.
