Pings — Artist Push
Artist Push is a perk of being a PD artist: once a month, per project, you can ping every holder of that project. It lands in each holder's Pings inbox — and on their lock screen if they've enabled 3D Pingtoasts — signed with your @name and the ✺ artist glyph.
For artists
The control lives in PD Studio, on each of your live project cards:
- Pick a preset — NEW WORK, DROP LIVE, THANK YOU, MILESTONE, ON THE MARKET, or LAST CALL.
- Tap SEND, then confirm — the button shows exactly how many holders you're reaching before you commit.
- Done. The card shows when your next push unlocks.
Presets are the whole message set in v1 — they keep the channel valuable for every artist by keeping it unspammable for all of them. The platform enforces the limits server-side:
- One push per project per 30 days. Not per preset — per project.
- Holders who muted you are skipped automatically.
- Each holder's own settings still apply: Silent Mode and their Pingtoasts mode are always respected.
Used well — a drop announcement, a sellout thank-you, a genuine milestone — Artist Push is the highest-signal channel on PD: it reaches exactly the people who already put money behind your work.
For collectors
You'll receive an Artist Push only from artists whose work you actually hold, at most once a month per project you hold. It reads like this in your inbox:
✺ @artist just went live — minting now · @project
Tap it and you land on the project. If an artist's pushes aren't for you, mute the artist — or flip Silent Mode when you want the whole platform quiet. There is nothing to unsubscribe from, because there is no list: sell the Output, and the channel closes itself.
